OVER is AROL’s high-speed cap and closure feeding and orientation system, engineered for maximum performance in packaging lines. Reliable, compact, and efficient, this elevator model handles a wide variety of caps and closures with precision, ensuring production continuity at speeds of up to 2,250 bpm / 135,000 bph.
Thanks to gravity-based orientation and blower-driven conveying, caps are transferred without mechanical stress - preserving their integrity and ensuring a consistent, uninterrupted flow toward the capping machine. The entire structure, made of stainless steel, guarantees strength and top-level hygiene, even in the most demanding environments.
OVER is compatible with:
- Flat, sport, and large pre-threaded plastic caps
- Short and long aluminum ROPP caps
- Can ends and press-on closures
- Specialty closures such as non-refillable caps and dosing lids
