Multiheads capping machines

AROL manufactures multi-head rotary capping machines designed to achieve speeds of up to 100,000 bottles per hour. Thanks to their modular design and the ability to integrate multiple capping heads, these solutions ensure uninterrupted processing and maximum efficiency.

Ideal for packaging in the beverage, food, cosmetics and chemical sectors, AROL rotary and automatic capping machines fit plastic, glass, HDPE and aluminium bottles. They are compatible with a wide range of closures: pre-threaded plastic closures (including flip-top and tethered), aluminium ROPP, crown, press-on, cork and synthetic (straight and mushroom) and T caps.

Each system is fully customizable to meet the customer’s technical and production specifications, featuring quick and intuitive changeovers and, for the free-standing machine, a user-friendly control panel for streamlined line management.

The cam for vertical movement of spindles can be determined by angular position of the turret or by time. In this last case it is possible to replicate a closure cycle independently from the turret speed, assuring a constant inertia control.
