Main tasks:
- Business development activities in the Southeast Asian market: proactive prospecting, identification of new customers, and strengthening relationships with existing clients;
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead qualification to deal closing;
- Participate in trade shows and networking activities to increase brand visibility;
- Under the supervision of the headquarters, he will be responsible for overseeing budget management and developing growth strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with the parent company's vision;
- Coordination and development of the local team;
- Manage relationships with external consultants for technical service and accounting activities;
- Management of relations with the Head Quarter;
- Provide timely reports and budgets.
Requisiti
Requirements:
- If not already present, willingness to relocate to Thailand
- Strong sales aptitude
- Availability for very frequent business trips throughout Southeast Asia
- Experience in commercial/strategic roles in machinery/ packaging companies (in general, experience in the capital goods sector)
- Previous experience in a foreign branch is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Proactivity, flexibility, goal-oriented attitude
