AROL USA, a leading manufacturer of capping machinery, is proud to announce a new Head and Spindle Rebuild Program for AROL machines.

The proactive approach of the AROL USA Head and Spindle Rebuild Program ensures a minimum amount of production down time. Not only can this unique service be scheduled at a time that will not conflict with the customer's demanding production schedule, but AROL USA has also established a Loaner Program for customers wanting to overhaul the Capping Heads and Capping Spindles on their AROL capping equipment. Additionally, the AROL USA service group is available to assist customers at their facility with the removal and installation of the capping head or capping spindle assemblies or any other service need that they may have.

AROL recommends that Capping Heads be overhauled every 3,000 hours or 6 months of run time, and Capping Spindles be overhauled every 6,000 hours or 1 year of run time.

All overhauls can be performed at the AROL USA location in Georgia by factory trained assembly technicians. The AROL USA overhaul service includes a complete disassembly, inspection, replacement of all normal wear items, torque check and setting, and an additional 3,000 warranty hours for capping heads and 6,000 additional warranty hours for capping spindles. Any other questionable item found during inspection will be documented for client review and replacement approval prior to re-assembly.
