AROL wurde 1978 gegründet um die Präsenz im Verschließermarkt zu verstärken.
CLOSYS wurde 1995 gegründet mit dem Ziel, die von Arol erworbene Erfahrung in die Konstruktion von Low-Speed Maschinen einfließen zu lassen und diese Marktsegment zu erweitern. In 2008 fusionierte Closys in die Arol
AROL HEXAGONE wunde 1999 als Vertriebs- und Servicegesellschaft für Frankreich gegründet.
AROL USA wurde 2002 als Service- und Vertriebsgesellschaft für die USA gegründet.

Geschichte der Firma
Gegründet 1978
Ab 1980 ausschließlich ausgerichtet auf die Konstruktion und Fertigung von Verschließer für Naturkork, Schraub- und Kronkork und Aufdrückverschlüsse
Der Geniestreich fand anfang der 80er Jahre mit Einführung der Kunststoffflasche statt. Arol hatte es geschafft fast alle Umbauten auf diese neue Flasche in Italien durchzuführen.
Gleichzeitig wurden die verschiedenen Füllerhersteller angesprochen, um Ihnen die Verschließeroberteile anzubieten.
